Webster, Mass. (WHDH) — Webster Animal Control was called after two horses were released and ran on Monday.
The couple were seen rolling around the lawn outside the neighboring houses and roaming the streets.
The officers bribed the husband with food and were able to bring them home safely.
They were walking around and eating grass. “They didn’t really bother anyone,” said Nikki Holland who spotted the pair. “They enjoy being on the other side of the fence too well for them. Breakout day yeah! It’s Monday, they’re free.”
Animal control was able to safely bring the horses home.
