The best run logging app Tempo is introducing a brand new ‘Goals’ feature for iPhone, Apple Watch, and home screen widgets.
For non-beginners, Tempo is a highly polished iPhone and Apple Watch app that serves as an intelligent logging system for running and walking exercises. Just log one run with your Apple Watch into any app that works with the Health app, and Tempo will analyze your data and present it in a way that is relevant to your performance and Will add insight.
In February, Tempo added my personal favorite feature called Personal Bests to easily answer the question of what my fastest 5K, 10K and more have done. Tempo 3.4 has another tool for new motivation called Goal.
Goals in tempo are built around the idea of completing the total distance by doing one or more exercises. Goals can be great for maintaining a consistent training routine, pursuing a new peak of fitness, or raising the motivation to do both!
Tempo’s goal setup is easy and fast, and tracking is fully automated. A goal can be set up to run, walk, or increase the total distance for a certain number of days, or it can be repeated weekly or monthly.
