The paradise strain of Costa Mesa will win your heart Dumplings

Costa Mesa, CA – The wait is finally over. Heaven’s Dynasty Take SoCal by storm with bold new flavors at its first US location in Orange County.

Xiao Long Bao’s tasting craze, better known as rainbow soup dumplings, is known to wait.

“We didn’t really wait that long. We waited about 30 or 40 minutes,” said Nathan Lamont, a visitor from Norway. “It’s not so bad considering that this place is very popular.”

“I come here when I want a really delicious Xiao Long Bao,” said Brandon O’Neill, who was visiting from Taiwan. “If you want the rich, creamy juice? Come here.”

The Singapore franchise group, developed by Eldwin Chua, has successfully opened more than 100 restaurants in 11 countries.

“We believe in serving traditional Chinese food. You’re talking about thousands of years of history,” said Chua, CEO of Paradise Group. “Over time, food has become more refined. There are no limits – it’s all about creativity.”

“This is kind of a mixing bowl of food, culture, and history,” said Craig Hong, diner visiting from Irvine.

Aside from a few changes to the American menu, customers not only line up for the Instagram-famous dumplings — but also other must-haves like fried shredded pork, spicy crispy Szechuan chicken, and dan dan noodles.

“If you haven’t had it before, come and try it. If you have something similar, come and try it,” said Kristi Hang, food and travel hostess/journalist. “It might taste different. It might taste better than you expected.”

Located on the South Coast Plaza inside Bloomingdale’s in Costa Mesa, Dynasty Paradise is open daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.

“We will continue to grow our company — we continue to grow our restaurants,” Chua said. We hope to one day reach an internationally recognized level.”
