The Broncos are even-headed with the eagles on the horizon

Englewood, Colorado (KDVR) – The Denver Broncos have two straight wins as they continue to correct the ship after those four straight losses.

“Never forget that dark place we were a couple of weeks ago,” said Broncos quarterback Teddy Bridgewater. “This is a time in sports where it can be dangerous. Just a couple of weeks ago I was hearing you guys guys, get rid of this guy, trade him. Then you win a game or two and you seem like the best. You should just ignore everything.”

The Cowboys win showed an offensive spark from a running game as Javonte Williams made his first NFL career as well as a quick performance in the arena. He became the glue man for this crime.

“It reminds me a little bit probably of the best attack I’ve been in for the team, and I wouldn’t say he’s arrived yet, but that’s Edgyrin James,” said Broncos coach Vic Fangio. “We have two good full-backs and if we can give them some space, they will do good things for us.”

Keeping an equal mindset is how the Broncos approach their 10th week, especially as farewell week approaches next week.

“You have to have the mentality that we didn’t play our best football,” Bridgewater said.

The Broncos are 2-2 at home this season. The match against the Eagles will start at 2:25 pm on Sunday.
