Like a big screen phone Pixel 6 Pro, IPhone 13 Pro Max And Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra Definitely have their advantages. Top glasses and amazing cameras are often packed into this large body, while a large display can be great for watching moving videos. But no one can escape their large size. The 13 Pro Max’s 6.7-inch display means it’s impossible to squeeze into tight jeans pockets, and it’s pretty much impossible for anyone with smaller hands from continents to use it with one hand.

The size of phones has been steadily increasing over the years, now 6-inch or larger phones are common. It’s great for watching videos or playing games when you get home on the bus, but what if you don’t care about screen real estate and just want a great phone that you can really fit in your jeans pocket? Can

I’m sorry your options are limited, but there are still some great compact phones to consider. Everyone’s definition of “small” is different and a comfortable size for you can feel uncomfortably large for someone else. With that in mind, I’ll include phones with screen sizes of 6 inches and less, but if you’re worried about size, try shaking hands with a phone at a store near you. Is valuable

At 6 inches, the Pixel 5 is at the top of the scale of this list size, but its narrow bezel around the screen makes it an amazingly compact smartphone to hold. It’s a lot more pocket friendly than the 6.8-inch S21 Ultra. It has a solid camera setup, 5G and a fast and smooth interface that impressed us in our review.

It’s not the most recent flagship from Google – the Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro – but even smaller flagships measure 6.4 inches. And it’s not, unfortunately, small.

The iPhone 13 Mini is one of the few small phones that doesn’t make you compromise on power and performance. It has the same A15 bionic processor found in all 13 series phones and has a longer battery life than its iPhone 12 mini predecessor. This iPhone Mini is a great all round phone and at just 5.4 inches, it is one of the best small phones that can be bought with money.

We like the Pixel 4A’s overall performance balance with its low price when it launches in 2020. Its 5.8-inch screen size puts it on the smaller side of today’s phones. But what this little Android phone doesn’t have is 5G, which can be a problem if you want to get the fast data speeds that everyone is talking about.

So, get 4A 5G, right? Not so fast. When Google added 5G to its cheapest mobile phone, it also increased the size of the small screen to 6.2 inches, while its new Pixel 5A has an even bigger 6.34-inch display. Smell and, of course, laugh.

Apple’s cheapest iPhone packs a punch for the price, with a powerful processor and a camera capable of taking beautiful pictures. Like the Pixel 4A, it doesn’t have 5G, but it can be a sacrifice you’ll need to make if you can’t increase your budget to an iPhone 12 Mini powered by 5G. Its screen size is 4.7 inches smaller, but the wide bezels above and below it mean that the phone itself is no smaller than the standard iPhone 13.

Wallet can’t grow up to Apple’s latest iPhone 13 mini? Last year’s 12 Mini is still officially sold by Apple and now starts at $ 599 – a reasonable saving for the new model. Its 5.4-inch screen definitely makes it pocket-friendly, while its solid camera and robust performance make it ideal for general use.

At 6.1 inches, this Android phone technically comes out of the 6-inch range I’ve covered in this article. But before you go to Twitter and call me a bully. The phone’s aspect ratio is 21: 9, which makes it much longer than wide. At just 2.68 inches wide, it’s actually narrower than the Pixel 4A listed above, which makes it as comfortable to hold as any other small phone.

It’s also packed with top tech, including cracking camera setup and 5G connectivity (although 5G only supports Xperia 5 II phones sold outside the US). The screen is beautiful and its aspect ratio makes it perfect for widescreen videos. This can be a great deal if you want a more mobile phone, but you still want to enjoy the videos on the go.

Apple has officially discontinued the 2019 iPhone 11 Pro, but you can still find it at various retailers. Its screen measures 5.8 inches. This, combined with tight bezels, makes it a comfortable pocket.

It’s full of power and its triple camera system blew me away from its quality when I took it for a road trip in a supercar when it launched. no.

Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3

Sarah Tew / CNET

A special mention must be made on the Z Flip 3. While its main screen measures 6.7 inches, this compact smartphone is fully folded in half. It can fit snugly in the palm of your hand or it can fit in your pocket without any strange bulges. This portable size can be an ideal compromise, but with a nice big screen when you want to use it.

You’ll be paying a hefty price for this deal, because folding phones like the Z Flip (or Motorola’s Moto Razr 5G, which offers a similar concept) cost a lot more than regular smartphones. You have to decide if you are willing to spend so much money just for the simple size.
