As we have reported, officials say the Stingray was moving at a speed of 127 MPH at the impact site, so most likely, Ruggs looked at the Toyota and pressed its brakes … to no avail. ۔
23 years old Tina Tunter And his Golden Retriever Max was killed in the crash. Her family’s lawyer says “Tina’s tragic loss has taken her family out of a grief they could never have imagined.”
Ruggs have been charged with DUI for causing considerable bodily harm as well as reckless driving. Prosecutors are considering, among other charges, Ruggs could face up to 40 years in prison.
