Strictly Come Dancing announces four new professional dancers for 2021
Strictly Come Dancing has confirmed that four new professional dancers will join the 2021 series.
The new dancers are 2010 Latin American Junior World Champion and former Dancing With The Stars Ireland professional Kai Widdrington; Latin national champion and six-time ballroom in Italy and former Let’s Dance Germany professional Nikita Kuzmin; South African Latin Champion, Cameron Lombard, 2014 Polish Open Latin Champion and winner of BBC One’s The Greatest Dancer 2020, Guyetta Presztal.
The new dancers join those already confirmed for the upcoming series: Aljakorjanec, Amy Dowden, Dianne Buswell, Giovanni Pernice, Gorka Marquez, Graziano Di Prima, Johannes Radebe, Karen Hauer, Katya Jones and Luba Mushtuk , Nadiya Bychkova, Nancy Shaw, Neil Jones and Otti Mabuse.
Shirley Palace, Motsy Mabuse and Craig Revell-Horwood will return as judges, along with a new judge, former contestant Anton du Beek.
Kay Wedrington said Strict Joining is his “childhood dream come true”.
He said: “The meticulously watching the first series as a young kid from Southampton and now 18 years later, being a professional dancer on the show is the most amazing feeling and the biggest achievement of my career.
“I can’t wait to step into the strict floor and experience the exciting times ahead.”
Guetta said, “This is my biggest dream come true. No words can describe how I feel right now.
“I’m still hardening myself to check if this is real but I am so excited to join Strictly come dance My family and I can’t wait to give all my heart and soul on this dance floor! “
Cameron said of his new role: “Thank you so much come dance for this life-changing opportunity.
“This is not just a dream come true, but a challenge that I accept with both hands.
“I am excited beyond belief and look forward to making my mark on the dance floor!”
Nikita Kuzmin said: “I have always been amazed by the magic that Strictly Come Dancing brings.
“No matter what country I found myself living in, I never missed an opportunity to watch it.
“Joining her as a professional dancer is my great opportunity to create some magic on the most famous dance floor.
“I can’t wait to give it my all!”
