Stellantis brings back the benefits of a local partner – CBS Detroit
(CBS Detroit) Stellantis will now offer Local Partner benefits to all eligible employees not working in the US Negotiating Unit starting in January.
The automaker says the benefit applies to all eligible employees, despite their partner status, whether they are of the same or opposite sex.
“Stellantis is committed to maintaining a diverse and inclusive business environment in which all people and ideas are welcomed, valued and respected,” said Dana Kiefer, Head of Human Resources for Stellantis-North America, in a press release. “Introducing the benefits of local partners to all qualified employees, despite their partner status, embodies the company’s purpose and values and enables us to meet the needs of a diverse and dynamic workforce and the expectations of potential employees.”
As part of the benefits announcement, the Pentastar glass atop its Auburn Hills tower will turn purple from October 11 to October 21 in honor of LGBTQ History Month, National Exit Day, and National Spirit Day.
