State drops permanent vaping ban, MDHHS wants alternative to ban – CBS Detroit
(CBS Detroit) Michigan is abandoning its attempt to permanently ban flavored vaping products.
The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services has retracted the ban because they are working to quote an “alternative legislative solution” to tackle vaping for youth.
This includes changing the age requirement for purchasing vaping products from 18 to 21.
