Senior SEO and Growth Optimization Strategist – Procor Technologies.

We are looking for one Senior Growth Optimization Strategist. To join Procor’s Web Center of Excellence. In this role, you will focus on improving conversion rates across our marketing channels. You will focus on our marketing optimization efforts to implement and implement the strategy, advocate for our audience, and drive the overall development of our channels. Successful candidates have strong technical experience and an understanding of the tools and technologies required to test, track and measure development-focused initiatives.

This position will be reported to our Senior Manager, Web Development and will have the opportunity to live remotely or in our Carpenteria, CA, or Austin, TX, office. We are looking for someone to join us immediately.

what will you do:

  • Examine conversion rates and advance strategy development.
  • Owning a conversion and tracking strategy throughout the website, this includes gaining new leads and optimizing against our existing database.
  • Manage Procor’s search optimization strategy, including technical and non-technical aspects, reporting and performance.
  • Identify and assist the most affected areas to test the conversion rate through funnel analysis, analytics, heat maps, etc. and do cross-functional work to implement the strategy.
  • Implement the A / B testing process to provide results based on actionable data.
  • Use different tools to drive conversions (Drift, ABM, Web, RTP, etc.) and measure performance
  • Manage website and landing page conversion rate optimization including CTA testing and optimization (call, chat, trial, form, demo, etc.)
  • Cross-functionalize marketing, sales and interconnectedness to identify and prioritize conversion opportunities and work cross-functionally to implement optimization efforts

Who are you:

  • 5+ years experience in B2B SaaS in web / data / optimization roles.
  • Experience using and measuring marketing tools throughout the acquisition to conversion.
  • Advanced comfort with data and reporting, specializing in reporting in SFDC / Looker / Adobe Analytics etc.
  • Knowing the B2B sales process and ways to improve and advance leads through the chimney.
  • Strong user experience and knowledge of the web Understand how the web serves as an important conversion tool.
  • Creative thinker based on solution and action.
  • Excellent presentation and reporting skills.
