I’ve had so many types of therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), CBT, and just wanted to gain insight into what’s behind therapy and how it works and learn to help myself and be my own therapist.

So I wouldn’t say I’m at the point where I can cure people, but it sure was really cool to know what’s behind the cure.
