Rancho Cucamonga Boston Market closes without warning, leaving customers without prepaid Thanksgiving meals

Rancho Cucamonga, California (KABC) – Customers who showed up at the Boston Market in Rancho Cucamonga to get their pre-ordered Thanksgiving meals got an unpleasant surprise when they arrived at the restaurant.

A shocking sign was placed on the door that read, “No staff attending today. We are unable to fulfill orders!!! We are sorry!!!”

Customers were in disbelief when they found out that the restaurant was closed.

“I have family coming in, and it’s a pity that Boston Market has done this to all the people,” said Arthur Lozano, a frustrated customer.

Customer Francia Medina said she had not received any kind of notification beforehand and now had to figure out what to serve for dinner.

It’s not open, there’s nothing to pick up, and worst of all, it’s my birthday,” said Moya Morgan.

Another sign hanging on the site suggested ordering food from nearby Coco’s Bakery.

Eyewitness News contacted Boston Market, but did not receive a response.
