Paul Hollywood from Bake Off kidnaps his new girlfriend away on the same vacation he took twice

Paul Hollywood is said to have left for Paphos on the same vacation he once enjoyed with his ex-girlfriends in the past so they can soak up the sun

It is said that Paul Hollywood took his girlfriend Melissa Spalding to the same vacation destination in Paphos that had taken two exits previously.

The 55-year-old Great British Judge Bake Off is said to love that area of ​​Cyprus and has gone back several times to soak up the sun.

Barmaid Melissa is the third consecutive partner Paul has traveled to the island, where they are reported to have taken a break in Paphos for their second vacation together.

Sources told The Sun that the couple is “happier than ever” and will be enjoying their trip abroad after a “really busy few months”.

The source added, “Paul was upset about Bake Off while Mel held her whole hand while running a bar, so they both got to rest and relax.

“Paul is happier than he has been in years and Mel is a big part of that.”

Paul’s relationship with Cyprus has always been a long one, with the famous chef visiting the island for the first time in 1996, leading him to quit his job in London and move to work at the Annabelle Hotel.

Here he met his first wife, Alexandra, who worked at the resort as a diving instructor.

They returned to Paphos twice a year, after marrying there, until they separated in 2017.

The following year, Paul got back together with his then-girlfriend Summer Monteys-Fullam and then in 2019, he’s back again but this time with Melissa.

Speaking of his love for Cyprus, Paul said on his show City Bakes: “I took him in my heart. Paphos was running through my veins.”

He has also spoken about moving to Paphos, saying, “I took a job as a chief baker at the Annabelle Hotel in Paphos for a year, but loved living there so much that I ended up being six!

“Cyprus is beautiful and the Mediterranean diet is great. I had a great job and a great social life, so it’s no wonder I didn’t want to leave.”
