Nigerian national Sobanke Idris Sunday Adereti found guilty of elder fraud related violations – CBS Dallas/Fort Worth
Plano, Texas (CBSDFW.COM) – Nigerian citizen Subanki Idris Sunday Adirete, 24, pleaded guilty to false use of passport and attempted bank fraud today before US Magistrate’s Judge Kimberly Priest Johnson.
According to the information presented in court, Adereti knowingly used a forged passport in an attempt to open a bank account for the purpose of promoting fraud schemes and engaging in money mule activity.

The case was investigated by the US Department of State’s Diplomatic Security Service, the US Secret Service, the US Small Business Administration – Office of the Inspector General, and with assistance from the FBI.
