MW- Good morning Natalie!

NM- Hi Matt, how are you?

MW- Do a good job, thanks! Congratulations on the new job, it’s very exciting. How does it feel to be a part of the talk?

NM- Oh, it’s incredible. I used to go on as a guest every now and then when I was in Access I always said to myself I would like to join this committee. I really can’t believe this is happening and I’m so excited because I feel like there’s a new energy around the show.

There is such a wonderful mix of amazing talent. I’d love to have a masculine perspective with Jerry and Akbar. I think that’s what day was missing, that masculine energy. Cheryl, of course, is that bonding glue, I love having her. Amanda is an inspiration to all of us, I mean I’m amazed at how much she does, it’s unbelievable, she’s nonstop. It’s the right mix, the right combination, it was the right time and I couldn’t be happier to be a part of this team.

MW- You mentioned that you were on the show as a guest before and you will now be sitting in the co-host’s chair. what it was the talk Who made you want to be a part of this?

NM- My co-host is for one person and I also love to do a smart TV, it’s a smart TV during the day. the talk He has real conversations that I think a lot of us are having. When listening to so many different points of view, we all have different backgrounds and bring different experiences to the table. The secret is in the sauce and I think the sauce is perfect now, we don’t want to mess with the sauce.

MW- Just a sprinkle of plugins.

NM- A little extra Latin seasoning!

MW- [Laughs] I’ve met all of these people before but now joining as a permanent co-host is different. How is chemistry built with everyone?

NM- I managed to meet everyone and greet me. Cheryl has known over the years just being here in the market and working the talk twice. Jerry knows how long he’s coming Access He is with us and has always been one of our favorite guests.

Akbar and I went back and covered the Olympics together. Amanda was the only one I really had to get to know and she is exactly what you see is what you get. She is incredible, very warm and welcoming. Everyone was great so I look forward to getting to know them more intimately over the coming years.

MW- The first day is coming up on Monday, what are you most excited about? Which first day of nervous school?

NM- I definitely get jittery the first day. I’m looking forward to all of it though, there’s a big and amazing reveal about how I welcomed the group. This would be very interesting to see how that fits together.

We have great guests, actually it’s not just this day and this week, it’s really the whole month of October. We’ve got a huge Halloween show coming up too, so I guess that’s where you really bond with your co-actors, when you experience Halloween together.

MW- So I joined in time!

NM- I did, it feels like Oktoberfest.

MW- [Laughs] It can’t be beat. Thank you so much for your time Natalie, it was great seeing you and all the best with the show!

NM- Thank you Matt. takes care!
