United have already spent around £116m in this window to sign Raphael Varane From Real Madrid and Jadon Sancho from Borussia Dortmund.

Dalot currently retains right-back behind Aaron Wan-Bissaka and the exit will not happen either on loan or permanently unless United manage to sign. Kieran Trippier From Atletico Madrid – which now seems unlikely.

Lingard has been linked with a move all summer after enjoying an impressive loan spell with West Ham in the second half of last season, but Hammers have yet to confirm their interest in the 28-year-old.
