In the first episode, a confused Liv (Isobel Steele) wakes up covered in bruises, with absolutely no recollection of the night she came out.

Vowing to stay away from the booze, Liv struggled with sobriety, and ended up drinking cider. That drink led to a night of bingeing, which led to her waking up the next morning after seemingly unconscious.

When her brother Aaron Dingle (Danny Miller) arrives at the house, he explains that he’s found Liv in the hallway the night before. The conversation prompted her to experience disturbing flashbacks, playing a very loud rock song.

Liv opened up to Gabe Thomas (Rosie Bentham), telling her about the fragmented memories she was having.

“I didn’t want Aaron to worry, but I keep taking these pictures in my head,” Liv told Gabi.

Then she explained that she could vaguely remember a physical struggle with a man she could not quite imagine.

“It’s like feeling, it makes me shiver,” Liv added.

Fearing something bad might happen to her, Liv asked Gabe to play the voice messages she had left for her at night. As they listened to the last one, Liv seemed to remember the face of her alleged attacker: Noah Dingle (Jack Downham).

In the second episode, Gabe is uncomfortable with Liv’s telling of the night.

“It wouldn’t be the first time,” she told Liv.

Gabe is upset because of Her private tours with Noah at Home Farm. In fact, he had followed her after a night out and accused her of driving him.

“We’ll help you get through this,” reassured Gabe Leaf.

However, she is still puzzled as to what happened. I explained to Gabi that the Noah you know wouldn’t be the kind of guy who would impose himself on a drunk woman.

“All I wanted was to bring Liv home,” I swear.

After Aaron, Gabe, and Liv leave, Charity (Emma Atkins) confronts her son the night before, asking him why he hasn’t called her for help.

“I suppose I just wanted to forget how aggressive Liv was,” Noah said.

Then he showed his mother the bruises he allegedly caused.
