Kristen Quinn’s real estate control is threatened by a new blonde bomb in the sunset trailer
Netflix The highly anticipated fourth season trailer has been released, and as promised, there’s no shortage of new girls or dramas.
The first look for the upcoming season of the reality show centered around luxury real estate shows sentimental Kristen Quinn about to be ousted by a new cast member.
“It got to a point where he or she would be,” says newcomer Emma Hernan after she’s upset that she’s going to take over Quinn’s office.
Brewing Drama: A first look at the Sunset Season 4 sale sees reigning real estate queen Kristen Quinn on the verge of being ousted by newcomer Emma Hernan as the popular Netflix show returns with new drama and new girls
The nearly two-minute trailer begins where Oppenheim co-founder Jason Oppenheim tells The Bureau that newcomer Vanessa Villala will fill a vacancy after cast member Davina Potratz leaves the agency for good.
“I’ve had a lot of experiences working with competitive women, and I know how to deal with that,” Villala, a former Mexican-American soap opera star, says of the terrifying array of beauties.
She later parodied in the trailer that Philae appears to be hanging out with fellow veteran Mary Fitzgerald as she was repeatedly silenced in a meeting.
But the drama doesn’t stop there as it was revealed that longtime Oppenheim Group agent Emma Hernan (not yet on camera) will be taking over some of Kristen’s lists amid maternity leave.

Frightening group: The ladies of the luxury real estate agency including Heather Ray Young (pictured) have been informed of some quick changes around the office
Courage to battle: “I’ve had a lot of experiences working with competitive women, and I know how to deal with that,” says newcomer Villa, former Mexican-American soap opera star.
Claws out: “I hope all this high school drama I dealt with for years like Kristen — out of mind,” quipped Emma Hernan (long-time Oppenheim Group agent) in Confession
“I’m here to work, and I hope all that high school drama I’ve dealt with for years like Kristen — out of mind,” Hernan quipped in his confession.
It’s also interesting that one of the new ladies – apparently Hernan – was engaged to Kristen two months after their split, and she confides in Viella.
“I’m not really sure what I did wrong,” says vulnerable Quinn, about her apparent lack of association with the women’s group — despite being the main source of drama in past seasons.
on its way out? Amid Quinn’s pregnancy and maternity leave, Hernan is invited to the show to share some of her old threatening lists
Drop the bomb: She cuts to a dinner party where co-star Maya Vander suggests Kristen might be on her way out the door
Victor? “So Emma takes Kristen’s desk,” Vander asks, while a smiling Hernan looks on as he seems to be winning.
After Hernan co-loads Quinn’s list, she is truncated to a dinner party where longtime co-star Maya Vander hints that Kristen may be on her way out the door.
“So Emma takes Kristen’s desk,” she asks, while Hernan looks on and smiles.
While on maternity leave, Kristen receives a phone call from Jason where he drops a huge bombshell that leaves her crying.
‘Wow,’ she said condescendingly to Jason as he seemed to be telling her there was going to be a power shift.
Emotionally: Emotional Quinn looks at him in tears before she appears to be dead on Kristen’s revenge
What is best for business? Oppenheim told her during a house call: ‘I hope you see it as a professional decision’
Starting the game: “It got to the point where it was either me or her,” Hernan says.
“I hope you see it as a professional decision,” Oppenheim told Quinn before appearing dead on revenge.
Others wronged by Quinn including Chrishel Stowes tease that she won’t walk in this season.
“I don’t hold a grudge, but I hold people accountable,” says Stose, who later goes on to express her displeasure with her apparent comeback saying, “You’re going back to the lawn we built.”
Her drama with Kristen extends to the end of season one when she points out that Chrishel hasn’t been honest about her divorce from Justin Hartley.
Back with a vengeance? Chrisshell Stause says in her confession: ‘I hold no grudges, but I hold people accountable.’
Slap talking: Young (left) and Stus (right) have both struggled with Quinn on a personal and professional level, and it’s troubling that things may finally come to a head this season.
More Drama: It also appears as if Fitzgerald (left) attacks Velella on several occasions, as the newcomer quickly learns that each day brings new drama.
The entire cast remains disillusioned with Quinn after years of toxicity, with Heather Rae Young (who seemed to have not invited her to her last wedding to Tarek El Moussa) ‘I don’t know why she was interested in having a child and a husband’. “.
The trailer evokes several confrontations between several women, with plenty of “she said, she said” moments throughout the footage. “In the end the truth will always come out,” is maintained above all else.
The full cast of women and then some are returning for season four — which is set to hit Netflix on November 24 — and production on season five has been in the works for some time.
Additionally, it was announced this week that the streaming giant has green-lit a spin-off called The OC Sale, which will follow Oppenheim when it opens a new office in Newport Beach, California.
Mom’s Life: Although Quinn herself has mocked that motherhood has changed her, her co-workers have confirmed that her character remains largely the same with more drama engulfing her this season; Pictured with husband Christian Richard
