Judge seeks testimony of Prince Andrew’s assistant | News

A former aide to the Duke of York may give an affidavit about his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein, following a request from a judge in a civil sexual assault case in the United States.

The High Court of London was asked to help obtain testimony about Prince Andrew Contacts with Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell from Robert Olney, who was a Knight Prince.

Judge Louis A. Kaplan asked Olney to be questioned about the Duke’s communications with Maxwell, Epstein, and Virginia Roberts, now Joffrey, along with his travels to the Epstein homes.

Court documents show that the judge has written to the Chief of the Queen’s Bench Division and the Australian Attorney General to request their assistance in gathering evidence in connection with the civil action being brought
