There is no standard way to show proof of your vaccination card.

Keep in mind that there is currently no single national system or app that offers proof of vaccination on your phone. Requirements vary by local and company. It’s a mess, to put it mildly. I urge you to take a few minutes to research what your local city or state will accept as evidence as this may vary.

Just use the camera app on your phone to take a picture. We recommend storing it in a note app, in a folder, or in a place that is easy to remember so you don’t have to scroll your camera roll countless times to find it. Make sure you’re in a well-lit area and close enough to the card to read its dates and details. With the My Colorado app, you need to create an account, verify your identity, and then add your digital driver’s license to your phone.
