To improve the customer experience, McDonald’s is bringing in Tariq Hassan as its new Chief Marketing and Digital Customer Experience Officer for US Operations. Morgan Flettle recently played this role. It is being promoted to McDonald’s Global CMO, overseeing brand strategy, menus, family marketing, media partnerships, and customer and business insights.
