Apple has an official “Move to iOS” app available on the Google Play Store for Android devices. This is a great tool, but it only works. While Configuring a new iPhone. If your iPhone is not set up yet, download the app to your Android device and follow the instructions to transfer contacts.
If you’ve already gone through the initial iPhone setup process, there are still some options for transferring contacts.

Not everyone’s contacts are compatible with any service. The best solution is to export your contacts from Android and import them to your iPhone. This process will look a little different depending on your Android device.
For example, we will use Google’s Contacts app for Android. Open the app on your Android device and tap on the hamburger menu in the top left corner. Select “Settings” from the menu.
Scroll down to the “Manage Contacts” section and select “Export”.
You will be taken to a file manager, and you can choose where you want to save the .vcf file. Tap “Save” when you’re done.
Now, you need to get the .vcf file on your iPhone somehow. You can email it yourself, upload it to a cloud storage service like Google Drive, or send it to Bluetooth. Do whatever you feel comfortable doing.
Once you get it on your iPhone, open the .vcf file there once.
When it asks which app you want to open the file in, select “Contacts”.
Now, you can select individual contacts to create new contacts or merge with existing ones. To move them all, tap “Add all # contacts” above.
Select “Add all # contacts” to confirm your decision.
That’s all. Your contacts will now be transferred to your iPhone, and you can put your Android device in the drawer and forget about it. Or, you can turn it into something useful.
