Apple’s “screen time” settings include many simple things to help you develop healthy phone habits. This includes setting limits on how much you can use the app and checking your screen time.

First, launch the “Settings” app from the Home screen.
Now go to “Screen Time”.
You must first change the screen time. Tap “Turn on screen time” to proceed.
A popup will appear with information about what you can do with ScreenTime. Tap “Continue”.
