Google has announced a new Fitbit feature called “Daily Radiance”. It gives you a score based on how well prepared your body is for exercise.

This feature uses Fitbit data, including your activity, changes in heart rate, and recent sleep, to determine how well your body is ready for exercise. It can be difficult to know if you are better off than to recover, and this new feature will make the decision easier.

Not only can it help you stay healthy, but studies show that recovery is just as important as exercising when it comes to seeing real results.

When your daily preparation score is high, Fitbit will recommend premium workouts that you can do to maximize your workout.

The new feature is part of the Fitbit Premium, which requires an additional 99 9.99 monthly subscription. It is available with subscriptions on Fitbit Sense, Versa 3, Versa 2, New Charge 5, Luxe, and Inspire 2 devices.

The company also announced a partnership with the popular mind-making app, Quiet. Premium members will receive 30 cool content as part of their subscription.
