‘Electric bump’ reported at LAX, some flights delayed

An “electrical hump” was reported at Los Angeles International Airport on Monday evening and delayed some flights, officials said.

This issue was reported around 7:30 p.m. by LAX officials at A tweet.

Many systems at the airport went back online after a power issue was reported, but some terminals were on standby power including Terminal 6.

Additional staff and airport police were called in to help and officials urged Alaska Airlines passengers to check the status of their flights.
