‘I Never Think I Can Do Anything’: Colin Nolan, 56, admits she struggles with crippling self-doubt that ‘gets worse’ as she gets older
Colin Nolan revealed on Tuesday an episode of free woman She suffers from self-doubt that ‘gets worse’ with age.
The spokeswoman, 56, explained that despite being on the ITV show for 20 years, she still worried before it went on air.

The TV presenter explained in full: “We’ve done this show now for 20 years, and when we stand there, I still get that feeling in my stomach.
It’s really bad. And it gets worse as I get older. I always have a terrible nervous moment.
I think “I can’t do that. Oh my God what are we talking about”. I never knew what I was talking about on that show although it helps,” I joked.
“I’m very fortunate to have a support business that believes in me…moves me forward,” said Coleen, who has spoken a lot about her strong relationship with her famous sisters.

She explained her tactics in the confrontation: “I think: ‘Could he hurt me?'” Could he kill me? “And then I will do it.
The Loose Women cast member then cited her appearance on Dancing on Ice in 2009 as one of the major life events that helped her overcome her fears.
“Ice dancing made a huge difference in my life because it was the scariest thing I’ve ever done,” she said.
“Now I go…you’ve iced dancing and you’ll be fine…you can’t let that confuse you.”

It comes after Coleen revealed earlier this year that her last short-lived romance ‘worked it out’. Close She revealed, “It feels good to feel attractive and flirt again.”

While discussing his recent relationship with the mystery man, 47, Colin explained: “I met a really nice guy online and everything was going really well.
“We met a few times before closing but then we talked constantly for six months, everything was beautiful, and after the restrictions were loosened, he couldn’t handle my identity!
“I think to be fair with him, there’s no animosity and I wasn’t sad, we weren’t in a perfect relationship, it was literally a vocal relationship, that’s all it could be because of the shutdown.”
Talking about how he’s helped her during the coronavirus pandemic, she said, “Honestly, it really worked for me to shut down, because it was so exciting and so cool to feel attractive again and flirt again and all that stuff.
But it wasn’t love at that point. To be fair with him, he’s just a totally normal and private guy who’s had kids from his last marriage, I think maybe in hindsight he got cold and I thought “I don’t know if she can handle what she’s doing”.
