CHICAGO – It’s the first of 82 games for the Bulls’ schedule, but there’s a slightly different feel in 2021 than in seasons past.
That’s due to an influx of new players with proven NBA success being added to the remaining pool of All-Stars Zach Lavigne and Nikola Vucevic, bringing a new sense of optimism that hasn’t been around for a while.
Hope has been given that this team can make the playoffs, something the Bulls haven’t done since 2017, and be a factor in the Eastern Conference. Of course, a lot of Chemistry building should happen over the course of the season as Billy Donovan takes charge of a fundamentally new team this season.
670 The Score Cody Westerlund has followed the team off-season and will do so through the season, joining WGN News Now Sports Talk for a season preview on Wednesday.
