Canadian PM tests positive for COVID-19 – Boston news, weather, sports

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said Monday that he has tested positive for COVID-19, but is “feeling good” and will continue to work remotely.

The announcement came in a tweet urging everyone to “please get vaccinated and get support”.

Trudeau said Thursday that he will be in isolation for five days after discovering the night before that he had been in contact with someone who tested positive for the virus. He told the Canadian newspaper on Friday that this person was one of his three children.
