Brooklyn admitted that the recipe for the dish — consisting of bacon, sausage, and eggs sandwiched between two pieces of bread — has been something in his family for generations, and that he learned how to cook butter thanks to his great-grandmother.
Explaining that he developed a passion for cooking during the lockdown last year, he made social media buzz for viewers and show hosts by building the hearty, easy-to-assemble breakfast.

Although Brooklyn shared the second recipe during his time on the show—for steaks—it was his grandmother’s breakfast sandwich that got everyone talking.
The clip saw the budding chef use pre-cooked bacon and sausage to fill his breakfast chopper—the only live cooking being the star-frying of some eggs over the air.
Viewers watched as he piled his meat on a piece of white, butter-free bread, before adding eggs, a ketchup bun, and… A second piece of bread to complete his masterpiece.
While building a sandwich, Brooklyn revealed that he discovered his culinary skills during quarantine periods last year.
The star and her fiancée Nicholas Peltz Together they spent in lockdown together in New York, where the rest of the Beckham clan in the Cotswolds was secluded.
“I’ve always loved food, and obviously when the quarantine hit, I just started getting into it,” he explained during his TV appearance on Wednesday.
“My fiancée started my photography and started posting it which is just something I love to do.”
