Blake Shelton gave one of his biggest fans a huge surprise when he brought him on stage during his stay Oklahoma Saturday night show.

The country singer, 45, saw a six-year-old cheerleader named White Mackey in the crowd with a sad but hopeful sign.

It read, “Your youngest Lake Texuma fan, 6 You’re waiting for a [heart] Organ transplantation.’

Then Gwen Stefani’s husband grabbed a guitar and invited the young man to the stage.

On stage together, the pair sang White’s favorite Blake Shelton’s song God’s Country.
