Two agents Julie Hotegg and George Hotig, looking to expand their market reach, purchased Stellantis Agency in Plattsburgh, New York, late in the third quarter.
On September 29 they purchased Durocher Auto Sales from the Durocher family and renamed it Huttig Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-Ram. Huttigs collectibles include four agents and a group From NAPA Auto Parts Stores in New York State.
Julie Huttig is the main dealer for the newly purchased Stellantis and Huttig Nissan of Plattsburgh, while George Huttig is the president of Adirondack Auto, another Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-Ram store located about 40 miles south of Elizabethtown. He is also the president of Adirondack Chevrolet-Buick in Elizabethtown.

Nancy Phillips Associates, Buying and Selling Company in Exeter, New Hampshire, deal with the deal.
Schottenkirk adds the Texas Nissan dealership
Schottenkirk Automotive Group, of West Burlington, Iowa, bought a Texas dealer Nissan in a city near Houston.
Schottenkirk on October 15 purchased Katie Nissan, west of Houston, from Keith Musing, according to Tim Lamb Group, which represented the seller in the deal. Dick Pryor was the broker in the deal.
Store name changed to Shottenkirk Nissan Katy.
Mosing is chairman of the Mosing Group, a real estate investment firm, and served as CEO of Katie Nissan, according to a January 2021 University of Houston publication about MosingHe is a member of the Energy Advisory Board at the University of Houston.
Schottenkirk, a 57-year family business, has agents in California, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois and Texas, according to its website.
