Amazon’s Smart Thermostat and Wise Thermostat are the two most affordable.. Both models can be controlled via app or voice commands and both models cost less than Rs 100. So, which is the best? We have a side-by-side comparison below so you can see the basic differences and determine which budget-appropriate smart thermostat is right for you.

The Amazon Smart Thermostat is only 60. For your money, you get a thermostat, mounting hardware and tools, and an optional wallplate to cover old paint and holes.
If your existing thermostat wiring does not include a C-wire, you will need an Amazon C-wire adapter. Unlike most thermostat companies, Amazon does not include a C-wire adapter by default. You can either buy it with a thermostat for $ 75 or separately for $ 30. Like all C-Wire adapters, it takes some extra electrical work to install, but Amazon Alexa details the steps in the app.
The Amazon Smart Thermostat has a minimalist design with an easy-to-use touch screen display, and is easy to install and configure using the Alexa app. It also works seamlessly with Alexa Voice commands, but is not compatible with Google Assistant or Apple Home Kit.
Due to its excellent price (especially if you don’t need a C-wire adapter), solid design and easy integration with the Alexa app and Alexa Voice commands, this model won the Editors’ Choice Award. There are some things that make the Wise Thermostat stand out, so let’s see what it has to offer.

The Wise Thermostat costs $ 71. In addition to the thermostat, your purchase includes mounting hardware and tools and an optional wallplate and sea wire adapter. The Wise app has a detailed tutorial on installing and configuring the Wise Thermostat. The app is also easy to use to adjust the temperature of your thermostat, create schedules and view your current settings after initial setup.
It works with Alexa and Google Assistant voice commands, if you have a compatible smart speaker or display.
Unfortunately, the thermostat dial felt cheap and difficult to use to adjust the temperature. You either need C-Wire or you need to install the included C-Wire adapter. Explain the details of Wyze how to install C-wire adapter if you need, but it will require some extra electrical work. The Wyze Thermostat is not compatible with the Apple HomeKit, so you cannot use the Home app or Siri with this thermostat.
Because of the winky control dial and higher cost than Amazon’s thermostat (if you don’t need Amazon’s C-wire adapter), Amazon’s Model Wise thermostat outperforms. However, if you only intend to control your thermostat via app or voice commands, then cheap dial will not be a big problem.
