After the search warrant, enforcing detectives said Weeki Wachee’s resident would no longer be noisy around the corner – Published Reporter®
WEEKI WACHEE, FL – On Tuesday, October 5, 2021, investigators with the Deputy Hernando County Sheriff’s Office and the DEA executed a search warrant at 6354 Richard Drive in Weeki Wachee. The search warrant was carried out as a result of the deputy and drug investigation, after the investigators received numerous complaints from neighbors.
While searching for the sedative, investigators found 2.3 grams of methamphetamine, 22.0 grams of marijuana, 6.5 grams of prescription drugs, 9 rounds of ammunition and several drug paraphernalia. The homeowner, Charlene Marie Nadeau, 55, was arrested at the scene and charged with possession of marijuana, methamphetamine, personal paraphernalia and – possession of ammunition by a convicted felon.
Additional charges included illegal use of a two-way communication device, two counts of selling methamphetamine, two counts of possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell, two counts of possessing a structure to sell methamphetamine, and two counts of possessing paraphernalia while investigators said the amount of illegal drugs seized was not enormous, this resident would not be a nuisance to the neighborhood. The investigation continues. A total bond of $109,000 has been shown in county records relating to a total of three club-related cases.
A minor person was also placed in the residence under arrest for drug-switching misdemeanours. This person was booked into the Hernando County Detention Center and later released to a relative.
