A customer expresses disappointment about Jayda Cheaves’ new merchandise line quickly turns to Jayda’s response

On Tuesday, a viral video of a customer reviewing Jayda Cheave’s product line, “Wayda Min”, went viral. While expressing her love for Jaida, the customer shared her disappointment with the merchandise.

According to the customer, who claims to have spent more than $140 on the merchandise, the outfit was not long enough. The customer also indicated that you can still see the iron on the carriage tag in the casing.

The customer also talked about the pockets and items made from the clothes she bought from her new line of merchandise.

As soon as the video went viral, Jayda Cheaves posted her story on IG and said, “The path you’re taking to tear the business away from me. But it’s cool. Good definitely outweighs[s] She also expressed bad.

“And most of my clients are 100% satisfied and speak highly of the quality we offer. Everything is not for everyone and I am selling exactly what I have been promoting since the first time I mentioned my new streak.”

Jayda continued, “I love all the feedback and taking constructive criticism you guys.”

Jayda finished the message by saying, “New Drop coming soon! We’re just getting better[.] WAYDAMIN.”

Jaidah also stated that the customer never emailed her, but the customer disputed this claim. She put together a copy of an alleged email sent to Team Good, explaining her disappointment about the clothes she received.

The customer also confirmed an update saying, “They called me and I can’t return it, so I guess this was an exception to the no-return policy.”

A few Roomies commented on the situation and said, “Girl! We’re ripping off Kylie to make room for you. Don’t hit the aisle now… Own that chat and fix it!”

Another wrote, “Pep spent her money and supported you, you missed Mark. Access and fix it, that ain’t love.”

One person also said, “Hey girl we still love you.”

Good to see that a good team was able to satisfy the customer.
