56-year-old dies after an argument with a stepson

Oceanside, California – A four-story condominium project got the go-ahead Monday night from the Oceanside Planning Commission after much controversy from residents arguing it doesn’t fit the neighborhood.

The committee voted 5-1 to approve the 54-unit project that was proposed for a site on the South Coast Highway and Morse Street, a property that currently houses several other entities, including a car service center. This is the second time that the committee has discussed the project after it was put up late last month due to the great absence of commissioners.
