There are many days of celebration around the world during which marketers can share content related to their industries, join a movement, or simply create more awareness. But there are problems, you probably won’t recognize these days unless you see your favorite brand posting about it.
This social media “vacation” is a fun way to connect with new and existing followers who belong to a particular diet, fictional character, or pet.
Although we do not recommend sharing content on social media and then adding unrelated holiday hashtags, these holidays can be an opportunity to promote your brand in a relevant way. Failure to do so may result in you missing out on valuable opportunities where your brand may be involved in a conversation between your target audience.
